Why Sarah, why now
IllustrativeA promise, a new season and an idea that has worked before.
- Your call “Come back after the launch”
- Your data Survey of 12,000 readers
- Her accounts Streaming client, EMEA
- Proven Same format, similar streamer
Hi Sarah,
You said to come back once the launch was out, so congratulations on last week.
In our reader survey, 3 in 10 subscribe to your client’s service, but only 1 in 5 rank it in their top two. That gap is the audience worth winning back.
One idea for the October season: readers watch the trailer, then vote on the standout moment and share theories. We proved the format with a streamer in your space this spring.
Worth 20 minutes before Q4 plans lock?
Why Tom, why now
IllustrativeA deal that went dark, and the reason it did.
- Deal health PMP spend stopped 21 days ago
- Bid data 2.4M daily requests, win rate down to 4%
- His desk Retail client, UK
- Timing Flight ends before Q4 budgets lock
Hi Tom,
Your always-on PMP with us stopped spending on September 2. It had run steadily since April, so this looks like a change on the buy side rather than demand falling away.
We still see about 2.4 million bid requests a day from your desk, but the win rate has dropped to 4%. Our floors moved on high-impact formats in August, which would explain most of it.
Two ways to fix it: a programmatic guaranteed deal at a fixed CPM for Q4, or re-cut the PMP with the standard formats back in. The second takes about a day.
Worth sorting before Q4 budgets lock?
Why Priya, why now
IllustrativeA release date, a proximity build and a format that already ran.
- Launch calendar Film opens November 14
- Your inventory 68 screens near the top 12 cinemas
- Her accounts Studio client, UK and Ireland
- Proven Same build ran for a Q1 release
Hi Priya,
Your studio client opens on November 14, and for a title like this the opening weekend is the campaign.
We have 68 screens within 500 meters of the twelve highest-grossing cinemas in the UK and Ireland. They can be bought programmatically, with dayparting from 4pm on the Thursday through to Sunday close.
We ran the same build for a release in February and put most of the delivery into the three hours before showtimes, which is where it earns its money.
Shall I put a package together this week, before the plan closes?

The moat
Built and proven inside a working media business.
It was built to run a real media sales team, and it still does. That history is what a generic tool, or a team building its own, can’t copy.
370K
sales email records behind its pattern recognition. Patterns only, never personal data.
4%
of emails booked a meeting in live use inside a media business.
0
emails sent without a seller’s approval.
How it works
Everything a great seller would know, every morning.
It reads the signals generic tools can’t see, then decides who is worth writing to today and why.
- Your team’s inboxes and CRMEvery promise and reply, not just yours — so a relationship doesn’t leave when the person who owned it does.
- Last year’s briefsWhat they briefed and when, so you are back before this year’s plan is written.
- Your campaign libraryEvery campaign you can sell, matched to the prospect in front of you.
- Agency client mapWho at each agency works on which client.
- Launch calendarFilm, TV and game launches, tentpoles.
- Spend signalsBudgets moving and new briefs.
- 370K pattern memoryWhat gets replies in media sales.
Every morning
The right person, the right reason, the right idea.
A drafted email in each seller’s inbox — data-led, and in the format your team already uses. Review, edit, send. Nothing new to learn.
Why us
Built for media sales. Generic tools aren’t.
Selling into agencies is its own craft. Tools built for every industry miss what matters in this one.
| Capability | Generic AI sales tools | Front of Mind |
|---|---|---|
| Personalization | Company news. Irrelevant to an agency planner. | Her client, her campaigns and what she told you. |
| Who it emails | Everyone it can find at the company. | The one right person on each client team. |
| Agency knowledge | Doesn’t know who works on which account. | Knows who at each agency works on which client. |
| The idea | A template with a first name in it. | An idea built on what worked in her category. |
| Timing | Whenever the sequence says. | Launches, tentpoles and planning windows. |
| Volume | Mass cold email. Buyers stopped reading it. | A few emails a day that people want to answer. |

Why I built Front of Mind
Logan Jory, founder
Who it’s for
For media teams that want more from every seller.
Any team selling into media agencies or directly to brands that wants to multiply what its sellers can do with AI, and get there before its competitors.
Digital publishers
Lean sales teams of five or so, selling to agencies and brands.
Ad platforms and media networks
Selling across agencies, brands and markets.
Out-of-home and large media owners
Big books, long relationships, planning cycles that come round again.
Security
Your data stays yours, and nothing sends itself.
The rules below are built into the product, not settings someone can switch off.
Apply for access.
We’re choosing a small group of founding teams to work with closely. Where we can, we avoid working with direct competitors, so places in each category are limited.
Two fields now — we’ll ask about your team on the next step. We review every application personally and come back to the right fits to book a conversation. See our privacy notice.
Thank you — that’s received.
We read every application ourselves. If there’s a fit you’ll hear from us at the address you gave, usually within a couple of working days. While you’re here, these help us judge fit faster — all optional.
